Staff Member: Nick Coffman
Nick Coffman is a life-long member of the St. Thomas the Apostle parish family, having celebrated life in Christ through Baptism, Confirmation, First Communion, First Penance & Reconciliation, Altar Serving, Institution to the order of Acolyte, and Marriage to his wonderful wife and fellow parishioner, Annette Coffman, all here in the midst of this parish community. Formed by the Society of Jesus as a student at Seattle University where he received his BA in Philosophy & Art History while working his entire college career as a sacristan, he went on to pursue an MA in Theology in Systematic Theology & Liturgy at the University of St. John the Baptist with the Benedictines. Following some years of ministry at his Alma Mater in Campus Ministry and assisting in the founding of a new Catholic Church, Christ Our Hope in downtown Seattle, Nick returned to Billings in August of 2012 to serve on the parish staff at St. Thomas the Apostle. Nick is devoted to Jesus Christ in the Church's liturgy and his favorite personal prayer form is Lectio Divina. He is a musician, fly fisherman, holds a black belt in Taekwondo, paints, gardens, and loves spending time with his family as much as possible, particularly Sunday dinners with his parents who still reside in Billings.
